PlumCity is most likely dead, the only possibility for it to get backs to being lively is for plum to give up is all mighty powers and find someone motivated.
I don't think he completely lost the motivation to run a team, but if not he definately doesn't have time to anymore.

It takes him months just to QC one chapter, so no use to mention edit.

for info I'm done with the last chapters of kk v2 and I have 2 chapters of magikano ready too since a lot of time.

And actually, with all that lack of activity everywhere, it kinda demotivate even me to do anything (only eats is around to be lively).

And knowing all the people of mangahelpers there might be many releases just for the one chapter (nobody released sachie-chan guu yet though, I should have continue working on it...

But as usual I'll be interested.
