An Mx0 RPG!

Greetings,

I’ll make my comments somewhat short, but longwinded for sure.  But I want to start an Mx0 RPG.  This would be the traditional forum based game where you RP as a character in an Mx0 inspired school.

Like I hinted before, the RPG I’m creating takes place not at Seinagi Private High School, but instead at Shouryou Private High School, located directly adjacent to a beach rather than a mountain like Seinagi.  All the old staples of the Mx0 series will be there, including Magic Plates, Magic Spells, Magic Exams, and ofcourse anything else you can staple the word Magic in front of (begins to think of Magic Bacon Cheese Burger….yum).

The focus of the RPG is meant to be character based interaction, much like the manga where characters had varying personalities and interacted with each other.  Magic will be in there, and will be greatly expanded upon.  Magic has been divided in to three major groups:

Manipulation – your basic magic that alters other objects or people
Elemental – magic that has to do with the elements
Summoning – magic that summons or creates new objects that are life like

The entire teaching staff are NPCs, and are primarily going to be played by the Game Moderators of the Game.  Players will start off as student, then reaching graduation, they can either become college level magic students who stay at the school and protect it, or gain a wish and start all over.  Time in the rpg moves 60% faster, IE, one in game month last 2 weeks in game time.

Hopefully, with enough people we can get started with the game before the end of the month.  I really just want to give players a lot of freedom to play in the world, and hopefully start or make some new friendships.

That's a nice idea, to keep Mx0 alive in your mind for still some time.
Unfortunately, people quickly forget about a series and even faster about the group that releases it once it's over, which means this forum is more or less dead until we get something new to resurrect it (we still have some releases to put, but only hardcore Mx0 fans will get here to grab them)
I don't think many people will see this, but I sure like the idea and I hope your thing can begin (I'm not really familiar with that kind of stuff...)
