just double post, as long as none one else shows up besides me it seems it doesn't really mind, besides the cleaning of chapters is going reaaaaaaally slow so there isn't going to be any new guys posting

well, Strike is the one with the quality standards judging point of view so he should be the one making those announcements of recruiting more cleaning staff.

as far as I know the clean main points are
1. Absolutely no BLUR
2. Black parts must be black, no white spots on black zones, nor gray zones turn into black, there must be some differentiation between gray tones.

I've made up a tutorial of my way of cleaning for a guy wanting to help, but it can only work with our own scans so I probably won't post it  Some chapters are done cleaning but not 77, and since v8 is supposed to be on sell in 2 weeks, asakura suggested that we'll wait for it. So in the end I don't know if 75 and 76 will be released before that or not (they're just waiting for lb's final reading...) The main points I seek in cleaners is tones that look like the original tones, that doesn't mean no blur at all, I won't track if the guy blur the page or not as long as it's not visible. and of course black areas black. |
