would that be Kuzumi's current black M0?, if that's so, you are better of with a Wi plate, 10% of a spell is practically nothing, unless you receive a Hiiragi-sensei or Principal level full powered spell

i found that in chap 90-94 (black mo  test), it says that black mo has 10 level to go that's mean black plate could get magic and spill it out up to 100% so what ever magic opponent use you could send it back same power. it says kuzumi get level 1 black mo so only could get 10%.

On chapter 88 page 03 they give a full list of all plates students can get, and it says that you can get a platinum plate if you emphasis on consistency. So i don't think that the headmistress has a platinum plate.

Well, if you understood well the black plates matter, a black plate is nothing more than a normal plate with magic metal, which means, saying your ideal plate is a black plate kinda of since there's as many different black plates than normal plates.

any plate can be a black plate, the only difference is that black plates have a special characteristic beside recording other people's magic, which will be revealed when we feel like releasing the last chapters
