What r ur fave. anime theme songs?

Just wondering what your favorite anime opening & ending theme songs are. I realized a long time ago that a lot of  my japanese music were just OP & EDs, even the ones that were not were just artists of the same OP & EDs lol.

e.g. Back-On did Air Gear OP (Chain)
I have all their albums and mini-albums (NEW WORLD, flower, Butterfly.....)

YUI did Bleach OP & ED (life, rolling star...)
Got a few of her recent singles (My generation, Love & Truth....)

I liked a number, but those that really got my attention were ones that were just a bit different. For some reason my mind just did a back flip so I'll just say ones I recall from older animes.

The endings for Outlaw Star (always loved the artwork), the OP for Hellsing, Cowboy Bebop (had to like "Tank"), Samurai Champloo. After a while the pop sounding OP/ED sometimes ended up being forgettable at times.
