I'm pretty neutral to it but since it's Japanese media, I think that keeping them the same would be fine. The only reason why it's translated to English is so that more people can understand it. By switching off those words with English ones, some meaning may be lost.

Universal language (english) is much better to understand. Translation would help the brain reduce the difficulty of decoding the message. If you like japanese language so much then go read the japanese version. Vote "NO" on keeping japanese word.

I definitely vote for keeping those japanese words. Those words such as onee-chan, -sama, -dono and etc. is important to show their feeling and relationship.
Plus, i like to know more japanese words from time to time.

Note that we're not here to make you learn japanese... and it's really just "some" words I'm speaking about here, and mainly because mew wanted to leave them in japanese >.>

Keep those japanese words even if i dont know their exact meaning it keeps the manga closer to its true(meant) form which keeps it more of a manga.
