Nice ChiSon. The contests I'm in normally don't have extra rules like that. Seems like a nice idea though. Encourages people to be more creative and work harder.

Also what we can do is have the contest themed. That way sig makers will have to follow the certain style or theme that was set up before posting their sig.

Just a thought.

i think my rule have more or less nothing to do with work harder ,my rule is more on tryin to work more with mx0,actually is not very  encourage as the normal genranl sig maker have downfall

bouns rule.1(1count)
those who'd sign in for the contest, sign up on time get a +1vote counts

bouns rule.2(1count)
those who use MX0 as the main theme, recieve a +1vote counts

bouns rule.3(one count but even if you got both,you can only count by one)
those who use orginral-art orcolour pageby themselve get +1



about handin ,we might needs a PM system,as some might have feels that the late comer get advandage to make a better dicidion.needs a guys who are goods at holding secerts to be the judge.
