(yes) once the magic have been call and cast,the magic continous even the magic-caster loses consciousness
(yes) the more the student understand magical-words ,the more talent ones are
(possible) need to  read(might not need to understand it) the magic-spell and input it to the card first,and after the first input,only need to call the short-name to cast this magic .
(yes) female school swmming suit can cut out visual-magic!

(possible) the card are name under the colour of change
(possible) no magic to control temperature,ice,fire?

I would say unprovable, if it was so, there wouldn't be any need for the plates, so I say they take the corresponding book out of the school's library, after all this isn't Howarts. Also if everyone had their own book that would require a store to get them and they would take them home with them and that would reveal the existence of a magic school which has to be avoided, after all thanks to that rule Kuzumi is actually going to school.

this is true, a student must concentrate while inputting the whole spell and once the input is done you just need to call the spell by it's given name and it will activate. Also while inputting the spell it's effectiveness and duration is affected by how it was inputted the first time, so if you carelessly input a spell and you had a weak concentration then every time you call the spell it will be a half-assed version of the original.

this can't be dismissed yet, after all, we are only seen First year students magic, no telling what the 3rd years can do

it all depends of the spell, some spells just need the plate to touch the object to leave the effect, Ise's magnetic magic just needs to touch to leave a 30 sec effect, but hiiragi-sensei's screw magic need an object to synthesize the effect. in the end it all depends on the magic, after all some people recover the card after casting the spell without doing a "magic out"

if there were magic to turn the clothes transrent/ to mae you look at them as though they were transparent, it wouldn't  matter if they were swimming suits 

you can do it on everyday clothes that the girls wear =p

if you read today's chapter you'll understand that all the school wear is made with magic threads, therefore they are protected against that kind of magic.

[YES]card can go through human(ise magic)
[YES]student card can only make when the area at a centain time of the year,even M0card

some days ago,i rethink of the year test when kuzumi worry  aout he's ow half ca use up half of his MP.in fact ,i thik that can't e happen(didnt i said this Before,anyway)
