let's see what could be useful for you...
first
トイレはどこ?
toile wa doko?
where is the bathroom?
second
このエロ本は僕のものです、返せください。
kono ero hon wa boku no mono desu, kaese kudasai.
This porn book is mine, please give it back.
(what that's not useful?? stop lying!)
and third, most important
私の子を産んでください。
Watashi no ko o unde kudasai.
Please bear my child.
(yeah, this one is from Miroku from Inuyasha but that's the first thing to know when meeting a japanese woman
)

As for me,
Urusai Urusai Urusai~
(Shut up, shut up, shut up)
How is it useful...? Err ... If you go visit Japan, you say that and piss someone off and almost guarantee for a slap or a punch... Isn't that nice? Souvenir for free
... But then, Strike's 3rd phrase works better =/
