On baka-updates, its says that 68 is released but i cant find it on this download section. Is it in some other part of the website???

So far I am reading up to chapter 68. You can direct download it in MangaTraders. Somehow it got the most updated part of Mx0 with the same scanlator group "Ossu JP"

So, am I the only one who can't download the new chapters that are translated?

Ossu tries to get as many people to the IRC channel as possible so they ask all the hosters to wait a week from the IRC release untill they give DDL links on homepages.

go to the first page to see when the chapter was released on IRC and then count 7 days from that and you will know when you can dl them from other places.

Then what do I need to view the irc channel?

I'm sure that this has to already be explained somewhere, but there it goes:

-get a "IRC" program (mIRC, Konversation, Xchat,... there's a lot)
-install and execute
-connect to this server: irc.irchighway.net
 you can do that clicking somewhere (depends on the program), or writing this in the command line (inside the program): /server irc.irchighway.net
-enter to this channel (room, if you prefer): #ossu
 surely, you'll have to specify somewhere, or write this in the command line: /join #ossu

and now, write !Mx056 in the new window, and you'll get chapter 56; write !Mx063 in the new window, and you'll get chapter 63; and so on

if that last one doesn't work, you can also write !Mx0, and you'll get a list of bots (read a bit about irc bots, and you'll learn in a minute)

First look at how to set up Irc, then  follow the rules of the channel stated in the Irc and help sections of this forum. Irc channels have  a very low tolerance for leechers and people with not enough knowledge or patience to use it. For one you probably used a guest nick which is not a ban but an auto kick, in short your access was denied.

... who cares about 77 anyway, it's just a random chapter right in the middle of an arc of story. moreover 70 to 79 aren't released.
