i see doujinshi/pirate comic( i think -_-! ) name Snow in the DArk, inside it there is a chapter comic with title "MPO", it plot perfectly same as MXO but a little bit different story than MXO. Does anyone know about it?

It not a doujin. MPO was actually an oneshot that Kano Yasuhiro made before MX0. It is like a rough draft story to MX0. It is similar to chapter 0 of Bleach, ES21, and Zetman

It's neither doujinshi nor pirate, it's official books from Mx0's author full of oneshots made at various moments.
