How To download from IRC

i nvr used irc to download b4 so i dont know how to do it .. could some1 show me how to do it pls ? ^_^

I'm also a newbie to IRC.
Btw things went smoothly for me for the last 2 months, till suddenly i can't connect to #ossu channel anymore. And the error is "#ossu unable to join channel (address is banned)" I wonder if my ip is banned for i did something wrong ( though i just leeched afterall ) or that's because #ossu is banned from mine instead if i have any problem about firewall or port ( yet i haven't touched those things for a while ).

first u gotta download miRC which stands for Manga Is Really Cool. It is a magical manga getting machine. then when u download Mirc, you enter #ossu which is a secret password to make the magica manga getting machine work. when ur in, u type in a magical enchantment that will cause manga to be summoned! the magical enchantment is secret so dont tel lanybody it is: !mx0#
replace # with w/e chapter u awnt

i tried typing #ossu on irc and then join but nothing happened, i know i looks stupid but could anyone teach me how it works... thanks!

You must first connect to the server irchighway.net, once you're connected you type "/join #ossu" and the chan window will appear
The first thing to do when joining a channel is to read the topic (when there's one), in ours for exemple we inform people that the triggers working in our chan are "!list" which lists the servers available in the chan (works in every chans excepting if excplicitly said you must not type it on the topic) and "!Mx0" the trigger to get the latest Mx0 chapters.
when typing !Mx0 some others triggers will appear on the screen, pick the one corresponding to what you're searching for.

to register you write
/msg Nickserv register <mail> <password>

without the "< >"

and if it doesn't work type /msg nickserv register help

You have to get an irc client first, mirc is one but there are a lot of others too.

Mirc, HydraIRC, like bit-torent, there are a number of choices for clients.

First install one and then find a guide. If you want a simple guide, try Ronin's. Anpan's above is probably just as usefull.
