Whenever i try to download anything on IRC, the download gets up to 80% complete, then just stops.  No matter what i do it wont start downloading again.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Huh Huh Huh

i can't help much really ,becasue download section don't related to me and i downloaded far before more of the other members

Q:did you use download software
   and would you minds to post one of the links out-here for others to checks on it?
