background for webdesign class

i made this during the easter holidays.
it's pretty good for me, who hasn't used photoshop since '05

tell me what you think! and any advice for improvement in the future, feel free to say so! =]

NICE.design types.
well.i'm not very sure the "grey" colors of .com though
maybe one more layers on tops of the fonts???

and relooks at it,the fonts size seems bore
it looks professional^^but i think it can be better by changeing a bit mores to it

Hmmm Looks pretty good. Alough all cramped into one corner and big white space in bottom right. Could have put web address or your name there in the far right corner, that would have been a nice touch. Kuruma.com - the K is kind of hard to see, not so well defined as other letters and makes that harder to read. In some areas it looks like you got too much on top of each other, perhaps you could relax it abit. But thats my view. its still pretty good tho, but definatly name or website in bottom right to finish it off.

yeh well it's not ment to be a banner or nethin. just a background for my site. mike shinoda's linkin park album art inspired me to design it lyk that lol.

ah^^ it's just a template.. i've never actoully uploaded my websites on2 the net. it's hard for me to find good hosting. uno of ne good hosts that r free and reliable?

a co.uk is arounds ?2 per years
a host is around ?2 per month(thinking of a fish and chip cost you ?2,than this is at the lunch prices...XD)

well,a "give up" the free host but you learns a lot in the free Sevice ...xd

as a web-designer
i guess is a good ideas the hold a website...if it was me

to know how hard/easy it can be online...(understand the important of how a website helps you,in term that you can understands your customer)

not many people needs a websites,and so a web-designer too don't needs a websites...no one needs a website...not the friend that i knows of...needs one

and someone needs a website(likes me)DIY myself
(i'm not sure where all those companys comes from,but this is still not a digital age very yet for all the web-design that can gets jobs very easily?against the big company?)


maintain a website is another big things to know,CCS,html,ETC
anyway,GRUMPY talk too much ,good lucks

Yes you can get a job web designing, My brother does it for a living at the College near me. Youd have to design the site, build it, maintence, and keep all the information on the site up to date. You will have to do other things besides the website tho at most companies (in this area at least) like producing leaflets, booklets, handouts, tend to open days, Be the tea boy XD etc etc.

i am not a big fans or student in web-design(so what i said might be wrongs)
and my site,simply is just a persnal anime-ish/manga-ish image drawing web,
the japanese i used aren't standard ,so reading is not such a good idea(i just having fun to use japanese)
